Everyone has different strengths/weaknesses: learn them. (Know your team.)

Some vocalists are great at leading melody but not-so-good at harmony. Some drummers can lock in a tight pocket groove but aren’t so good at really driving a song. As the director and leader, it is your job to learn where your people excel, where they struggle, and where they can improve with repetitions. Work and capitalize on the strengths of the team.

Look beyond one worship service on one Sunday. Even with the same people, the band that you have today will be a completely different band in six months.
