Love your people. All of them.
As the director, there is a chance you might be the initial or most consistent contact with the church for your team. Be the hands and feet of Jesus. Care for them. Advocate for them. Hold them responsible for their actions. If they need your help, give it without question or condition. On Sunday morning, you are more than their leader: you are their brother/sister. Act like it! Act like it even if they aren’t on your worship team! Act like it even if they don’t go to your church.
Love is not a transactional relationship.
