Make it easy for your people to serve.
Get the music to them as soon as possible. (Last minute gets last minute results.) Set them up to not only succeed but excel. If they are paid servants, go out of your way to make sure their paperwork is in so they get paid on time. If they are unpaid servants, go out of your way to make sure they are part of the group. Respect their contributions and their time and they will respect you.
And do NOT create “two (or more) tiers” of servants. Everyone is supposed to be serving Jesus, NOT whoever is deemed “top tier.”
